• You are entitled to cashback on all your losses on our site, depending on your level.
• Cashback is automatically calculated by the system based on your loss amount and your cashback level.
• After experiencing a loss, you can request your cashback from the “Cashback” section in the menu.
• Due to the cashback winnings cap, it cannot be combined with any deposit or bonus.
• To withdraw your cashback amount, you must wager it 2 times either on casino games (bets with odds lower than 1.30 in crash games are not counted) or on sports bets with minimum odds of 1.30. Two-way outcome bets are excluded from wagering requirements.
• The maximum amount you can withdraw from your cashback increases proportionally with your level:

 Level 1: Can withdraw up to 20 times the cashback amount.

Level 2: Can withdraw up to 22 times the cashback amount.

Level 3: Can withdraw up to 25 times the cashback amount.

Level 4: Can withdraw up to 27 times the cashback amount.

Level 5: Can withdraw up to 30 times the cashback amount.

Cashback Cancellation and Abuse

• Top90 reserves the right to suspend cashback amounts for accounts created using the same IP address, device, full name, address, or other similar identifying information.
• Any misuse or violation of the rules will result in the cancellation of both the cashback and any winnings derived from it.
• Top90 also reserves the right to cancel the amount in the cashback wallet or modify its terms at its discretion.

General Provisions

• By benefiting from the cashback, the user is deemed to have accepted these rules.
• In the event of any dispute, the decisions made by Top90 shall be final and binding.
