Bonus Participation Conditions
- Only users who meet the specific conditions stated in the campaign (e.g., first-time registration, specific deposit method, completed KYC) are eligible for bonuses.
- Bonuses must be requested manually by the user via the “My Profile” > “Bonus Form” section.
Wagering and Usage Conditions
- To make a bonus withdrawable, the wagering requirements must be met according to the game types specified in the respective campaign.
- Bets placed with odds below a certain threshold, system bets, refunded bets, or low-risk live casino bets are not counted toward wagering.
- A new bonus cannot be requested before the current one is fully wagered. Bonuses cannot be combined.
Winnings and Limits
- The winnings that can be obtained from bonuses are subject to specific limits or multipliers.
- Some bonuses may not require a deposit; however, if a deposit has been made, combining it with such bonuses is prohibited.
Time Restrictions
- The validity period of each bonus is stated in the campaign. If wagering is not completed within this period, the bonus and its winnings will be removed.
- Unclaimed bonuses will be automatically canceled by the system after the specified time has expired.
Bonus Cancellation and Abuse
- Accounts created using the same IP address, device, full name, address, or similar details are eligible for only one bonus. Any other case is considered abuse.
- Any misuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings. Top90 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify any promotion at its discretion.
Document Request and Verification
- Top90 reserves the right to request identification, address, or payment method documents from the user if deemed necessary.
- Failure to provide or verify such documents may result in the cancellation of bonus winnings.
General Provisions
- By benefiting from any bonus, the user is deemed to have accepted these general rules.
- In the event of any dispute, the decisions made by Top90 shall be final and binding.
